Personal coaching,is about really listening to you,allowing you to speak your truth,for me to work with you to gain clarity about a situation so that you can begin to understand during the session,how you feel,for some people,clarification about how they feel is perhaps new..
How am I supposed to feel? I am often asked,the answer is How you feel is absolute,no matter what anyone says ,because your feelings are so very important as are you
Many times the situations in our life that are happening now and cause pain,anger rejection,abandonment,hurt,shame,guilt etc are triggering old issues.
It can be helpful to feel the feelings and understand when they may have presented previously.
When I underestand the link,I can perhaps be able with a little practice honour the old feelings but not drain my energy giving my power away to the past
The statement "The power is always in the present moment",Quoted by Louise L Hay is so true.
However most times we react today responding from our childhood and our responses often are inappropriate but feel warrented to us in the moment
Everything is as it is meant to be .
Working in a calm,beautiful setting,with nature all around us,I feel priveliged to share and empower those visiting my home.
The aim is for people not to be dependant on this process,but to take the new tools back into their own lives and enjoy the freedom to be themselves,not reacting like puppets on a string
I know myself,that that was how I once was .When anyone critisised me ,I would personalise it and believe it to be true.
Today I realise that when someone says ANYTHING NEGATIVE...............It is always their stuff and I do not have to take it on board
WHAT A RELIEF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thankfully,this is happening much much less in my life.Life is Good

A TYPICAL 2 HR SESSION WOULD BE:...Meditation,1-1 and then the offer of Spiritual healing to ground the person before leaving(the healing is optional)
