Welcome
A little about me. I am a registered nurse, addiction counsellor, advanced Louise Hay teacher and registered spiritual healer. Most importantly, I am me, a positive loving soul who is honoured and privelidged to work with others and inspire them on their own path.
I have worked for fifteen years in the therapeutic field in hospitals, schools and prisons which has allowed me to be non-judgemental and to see the goodin everyone, and to acknowledge each individuals personal journey.
Working with addiction hashelped me personally to look closer at myself in the twelve step philosophy. Here I was privelidged to be reminded that it's OK to get honest and to be vulnerable in a safe environment. Today I believe that I have a choice and that freedom is possible.
Louise Hay's work embraces total positivity nuturing with just a thought creating a feeling allowing negativity to be removed.
Spiritual Healing and meditation opened many other doors in my life and have brought balance, peace and more 'being' rather than just 'doing'. I am blessed to be me. I am married with two grown children and two grandchildren who remind me to laugh more and enjoy playing as a child. I look forward to meeting you in whatever way you choose.
